The former Brazil international's career is in limbo after leaving Fluminense, but he insists that he will stay in the game as he enjoys a holiday in the United Arab Emirates
Ronaldinho has insisted that he is not planning to retire from professional football, despite seeing his last foray in the game end prematurely.
The former Brazil star, 35, played just a handful of games for Fluminense before the club terminated his contract in September.
But although he is enjoying a break away from the sport in customary fashion, Ronaldinho promised he would be back on the pitch very soon.
"Finishing my career at this time has not crossed my mind," he told reporters in Dubai, where he is staying on the invitation of a local businessman.
"I still like football, I am in good health and I am a competitive person." (GOAL)
